Ratirat has more than 5 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance across the F&B, agricultural manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. She has executed end-to-end M&A transactions, with expertise in structuring, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and valuation. Prior to joining D Capital Advisory, she worked at Orion Advisory and Wow Factor PLC. She holds a Master of Science in Finance (International Program) and a Bachelor of Economics (Second Class Honors) from Thammasat University, Thailand, and is a licensed Financial Advisor certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand.
