Duanghathai has nearly 3 years of experience in investment banking, and transaction and strategy consulting, with project exposure across the Logistic, healthcare, F&B, and Oil & Gas service sectors. She experienced includes business valuation, financial modeling, purchase price allocation (PPA), group restructuring, and corporate finance advisory. Prior to joining D Capital Advisory, she worked at Ernst & Young (EY). Duanghathai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and is a licensed Financial Advisor certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand.
